What is the influence of employees' character and mentality on their career development? How do character and mentality interact with each other to create diverse behavioral habits and working attitudes of different people? What is the relationship between employees’ character and business development, career matching, and personnel management strategy? Above questions have been being pondered over constantly by the author in the over 20 years’ chain-store operation. The original intention and pursuit of this paper is to find out an effective management mode that guides employees’ development, and enhances their sense of belonging as well as team cohesiveness by studying employees’ character and mentality.
