As a distributor for tourist business via Booking.com, I get 5% commission per deal, and booking.com will pay me once the commission amount reaches EUR 100. On June 4, I received a phone call from the bank. It was said that the commission from Booking.com had paid, however, the payment RETURNED COMPLETELY due to some unknown reasons.
What's weird was that Booking.com still shown that I HAVE RECEIVED the commission, actually, I RECEIVED NO MONEY.
After then, I tried to use Paypal account instead of my previous bank account to receive the fund, but Booking.com indicated that my Paypal account name was not matched. I called the Paypal hotline for help, they told me there was nothing wrong with my account, it's available, maybe I should contact Booking.com and confirm what else I have to provide.
Several days passed, I've tired of such complicated (but not work) procedures, so I'm writing to ask you sir/madam for a favor, sincerely hope this would help.
1. What should I do to change my receipt bank account to be Paypal? Please tell me directly what else I should prepare.
2. Will I received the commission that I've ever received on June 4 again? What else should I prepare or provide?
